Non credo che rivedremo i target del 2012; anche i target del 2011 saranno rispettati.

CNH non è in vendita.

So che il futuro è buono per il Gruppo. Non credo che dovremmo spostare i numeri per il 2012. Fiat e Chrysler sono un unico Gruppo.

Abbiamo abbastanza liquidità per i nostri bisogni ancora per un bel pò. Alcune delle nostre attività stanno generando cassa come ad esempio quelle negli Stati Uniti e in America Latina.

L'Alfa Romeo tornerà negli Stati Uniti nel 2013.

Lo sciopero non è certamente il modo migliore per attrarre gli investimenti in Italia.

Anche il 2012 non sarà un grande anno. Non vedo indicazioni di una ripresa sostanziale.

Non vedo recessione a livello internazionale, siamo ancora molto lontani dal problema.

La voglia di fare e di continuare ad investire in Italia c'è; solo quando avremo la certezza di poter governare i posti in cui investire lo faremo. Ora la certezza non c'è.

La Fiat non ha alcuna intenzione di aumentare il capitale dell'azienda.

Il mercato italiano dell'auto nel 2011 sarà al livello più basso dal 1996 e sarà intorno a un milione e 700mila vetture.

L'ex presidente di Fiat ed attuale numero uno di Ferrari, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, ha dimostrato di essere bravissimo a creare attorno a sè una grande squadra ed è proprio questo ciò di cui l'Italia ha bisogno. Ha svolto un lavoro straordinario e gode di una grandissima credibilità a livello internazionale.

Sono fiducioso in merito al fatto che si debba individuare una soluzione a livello europeo: quello che serve è una condivisione dei rischi.

Le vendite della Fiat Freemont vanno bene, per il momento sono sopra i target.

Per ora confermiamo i target, non li rivediamo finchè non chiudiamo il terzo trimestre.

Qualsiasi aumento delle tasse avrà un impatto sull'auto e sui consumi.

La prima prova dei benefici del rapporto con Chrysler si è vista dal lato degli acquisti e quindi di efficienza di costi, sono assolutamente soddisfatto dei progressi fatti finora.

L'IPO di Ferrari continua e continuerà ad essere un'opzione per il Gruppo Fiat-Chrysler, l'interesse è cristallizzare il valore di Ferrari per i nostri azionisti, ma Fiat non ha necessità della liquidità che deriverebbe dall'IPO.

Il possibile impatto della situazione del Giappone sulla produzione in Europa è già incluso nella nostra stima di trading profit per il 2011.

Abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza incredibile per la Ferrari FF.

Le vendite della 500 negli Stati Uniti? Stanno andando bene. Cominciamo ad avere qualche problema legato ad alcune componenti che vengono dal Giappone. Quindi occorre fare attenzione. Il trimestre sarà totalmente in linea con quanto avevamo detto al mercato. La nostra posizione di cassa è forte, chiudiamo un primo trimestre dignitoso, considerati tutti i problemi per il rinnovo della gamma. Siamo molto cauti, guardiamo con attenzione alle forniture dal Giappone che avranno senza dubbio un impatto dal punto di vista dei componenti elettronici, ma non solo su di noi. Stiamo cercando di trovare una soluzione e di individuare alternative per continuare a lavorare bene. Sono fiducioso sul fatto che Fiat riesca a raggiungere tutti i target del 2011. Se riusciamo a portare l'utilizzo degli impianti dall'attuale 40% all'80% siamo pronti ad aumentare i salari portandoli ai livelli della Germania o della Francia.

Negli Usa lo sbarco di Alfa Romeo avverrà nel 2012, quasi certamente con la Giulia anche se l'obiettivo sarà quello di commercializzare tutta la gamma.

Quello che vogliamo mettere in piedi è a dir poco straordinario per un Paese in grande difficoltà come l'Italia. Noi parliamo di portare a costruire nel Bel Paese un nuovo produttore come Chrysler, pensiamo di dare lavoro a tutti gli operai Fiat, pensiamo al massimo possibile di modelli in produzione. Noi vogliamo produrre buone vetture e vogliamo che nascano a Mirafiori. Se però non le vorranno lì, le costruiremo altrove. Noi puntiamo a fabbricare auto senza perdere soldi. In ogni azienda sana deve essere così. Altrimenti si salta in aria.

Credo che il Governo italiano abbia fatto tutto quello che poteva fare in questo momento per il piano Fiat.

Siamo appena saliti in Chrysler al 25% e ci sono tutte le possibilità che Fiat arrivi al 51% entro il 2011. Il potenziale ci sarebbe già adesso. Il mio impegno è restituire al più presto quanto spetta al Governo americano. D'altronde la cosa che più interessa ai governi americano e canadese è di riavere il loro denaro.

Non venderemo niente. Per il momento non ci sono prospettive al riguardo. E nemmeno la Ferrari andrà mai in borsa. Ci terremo i trattori, la Marelli, le macchine di movimento terra e l'Alfa Romeo. Sì, oggi per l'Alfa Romeo non c'è cifra, ce la terremo e la rilanceremo. Abbiamo investito troppi soldi per cedere qualcosa… Deve essere chiaro che Fiat può fare il meglio con Chrysler senza dover vendere niente.

Abbiamo il dovere di stare al passo con i tempi e di valorizzare tutte le nostre attività non potevamo più continuare a tenere insieme settori che non hanno nessuna caratteristica economica e industriale in comune. Ed è per questo che nella storia del Lingotto la data del 3 gennaio 2011 rappresenta, allo stesso tempo, un punto di arrivo e un punto di partenza. La scissione del Gruppo servirà infatti a rispondere a una logica di crescita, di autonomia e di efficienza.

Il risultato della gestione ordinaria di Fiat Industrial aumenterà in modo significativo, con un target di 3,3 miliardi di euro nel 2014. L'ebitda industriale passerà da circa 1,4 miliardi a 4,1 miliardi nel 2014.

Penso sia possibile che raggiungeremo il 51% di Chrysler se quest'ultima deciderà di quotarsi in borsa nel 2011.

Oggi non c'è alcun piano di fusione tra Fiat e Chrysler.

Ho trovato molto incoraggiante l'atteggiamento del Governo, che ci ha dato tutto l'appoggio necessario per portare avanti il discorso riconoscendo in quello che sta facendo Fiat una cosa buona per il Paese.
