Il nuovo sistema retributivo rappresenta un significativo passo in avanti nel coinvolgimento delle persone per raggiungere i risultati previsti dal piano industriale.

Un inizio così positivo della Ferrari non me l'aspettavo. La scuderia ha fatto grandi passi avanti. Credo ci siano le condizioni per fare passi significativi in termini di miglioramento delle performance.

Mi auguro che a breve la Jeep Renegade venga prodotta anche in Asia.

In Cina dobbiamo risolvere molte difficoltà. La nostra posizione non è ottimale e questo vale sia per Fiat che per Chrysler, ma stiamo migliorando.

Abbiamo chiuso il 2014 con risultati forti e assolutamente in linea con le nostre aspettative.

Per Ferrari il piano che avevamo presentato il 6 maggio parlava di volumi in linea con il 2013. Non c’è stato alcun cambiamento. Potrà succedere solo se il mercato lo richiederà, ma dobbiamo preservare l’esclusività del marchio.

Tecnicamente il mercato potrebbe chiedere anche 10 mila vetture Ferrari: se il mercato asiatico si sviluppa, e una serie di condizioni si avvereranno come la pace in Medio Oriente o in Russia allora ci potrà essere una crescita potenziale dei mercati, ma si richiede una stabilità economica in tutte le parti del mondo. Non venderemo 10 mila vetture, ma resteremo in linea con l’anno scorso, con un leggero aumento.

Ferrari continuerà a pagare tasse in Italia e continuerà a fare vetture in italia. Però può darsi che ci sarà un'azienda al di sopra della Ferrari spa. Ma non si tratta di aziende operative. Questo è il metodo con cui raggruppiamo le nostre attività.

Tecnicamente è possibile quotare una parte superiore al 10% di Ferrari, ma bisogna posizionare la giusta quantità di titoli: vendere è estremamente facile ma poi il problema è stabilire il prezzo.

Se le iniziative che abbiamo in campo, come la nuova Alfa Romeo o il Levante a Mirafiori che entrerà in produzione a fine anno, andranno bene, credo che ci saranno altre assunzioni.

Guardando ai ricavi, FCA è in sostanza un gruppo americano con attività significative in Europa e in Brasile.

FCA dispone di 2 brand globali, Alfa Romeo e Jeep. Sono i marchi che dobbiamo portare in giro per il mondo, mentre Fiat non avrà mai lo stesso appeal di Alfa Romeo. Fiat avrà 3/4 modelli, non avrà più una gamma completa.

Ferrari continuerà a produrre solo in Italia. Sarà un anno difficile per la Ferrari in Formula 1. Siamo partiti indietro. La cosa importante è impegnarsi, tenere la testa bassa e cercare di vincere.

FCA non ha negoziati in corso, siamo ricettivi. Una nuova operazione potrebbe arrivare entro 12 mesi ma potrebbe anche non avvenire finchè io sarò alla guida di questo Gruppo, ovvero nei prossimi 4 o 5 anni.

In Europa nel 2015 a livello operativo potrebbe esserci il pareggio.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles venderà nel 2015 oltre 5 milioni di vetture.

Le nuove assunzioni a Melfi sono un segnale assolutamente positivo per il Paese. Stiamo assumendo perchè ne abbiamo bisogno.
